With a good mind, a strong wit, and a creative brain, the Worker is genuine and easy-going, but prefers being alone. You are studious and diligent, but get embarrassed when people praise you for it. You would rather improve yourself and focus on helping others.
You love to learn. Devouring a new book, expanding your mind, and opening yourself to new challenges is exhilarating, and you often find yourself turning down party invitations to immerse yourself in work.
You’re responsible, too: people are relying on you, and you’re not going to let them down by ignoring opportunities for self-development. You don’t know if you’re the smartest, or the wisest, and you plan meticulously to make sure you can tackle tasks effectively, but actually you’re perfectly capable of adapting, and of using your critical thinking skills, if necessary.
Annoyingly, the breadth of your reading and the openness of your mind means that you keep on stumbling across fascinating projects or activities you want to get involved with. But what with your book club, sports lessons, volunteering, and that online course you are auditing, there’s barely any room for new pursuits.
Your dedication and commitment is true in your personal life too: despite preferring solitude, you are a loyal friend, and always willing to help someone if they need it. This doesn’t mean you’re going to get involved in drama, and you’re unlikely to get over-emotional, but actually this just makes you a good person in a crisis.
