You can request a refund for any purchase on We3. However, as per our Terms, in many cases your in-app purchases are non-refundable. When it comes to We3 Plus subscriptions, Apple and Google handle your subscription payments and we’re unable to issue refunds for partially used periods.
Got an Unresponsive Tribe?
If you started a Tribe where the others are no longer responding, please let us know. We’ll most likely be able to return your Stars so you can try to form a new Tribe. However, this will be entirely up to our discretion and we may reject your request.
