Troubleshoot We3 Notifications

Having trouble with We3 notifications? This page will help you troubleshoot common issues.

In some cases, your phone will block We3 from sending mobile notifications. Below are some steps you can follow to make sure you can receive them in the future.

Troubleshooting Notifications on your iPhone

Make sure everything’s in order

  1. Connect to a stable network. Make sure you can access the internet either via WiFi or your mobile network.
  2. Check if your iPhone is in Silent Mode. Make sure the side of your iPhone doesn’t show the orange strip, as this means your phone is in Silent Mode.
  3. Check whether or not Do Not Disturb is activated. If you see the moon-like icon at the top of your screen, it means that this feature is activated. Turn it off by visiting your phone’s Settings, then Do Not Disturb, and then toggle the switch to off.

Make sure you’ve Enabled Push Notifications

If you’re not sure if you’ve given We3 permission to send you notifications, follow these instructions to Enable Push Notifications.

Uninstall and Reinstall We3

If you’re still having issues. Please uninstall and reinstall We3 from the App Store. Make sure when you reopen the app you tap “I already have an Account” so you can sign back in.

Once you’re in the app, visit your Matching Pool. If there’s an alert that says “We don’t have a way to reach you”, tap it and follow the instructions on-screen.

Restart your iPhone or Update iOS

If you’re still having issues receiving notifications, try checking if you have the latest version of the operating system. If you do, try restarting your iPhone.

Note: We3 currently doesn’t support iPod or iPads. We hope to support these in the near future.

Tip: Power saving mode or performance optimization apps may also prevent We3 from sending notifications. If using one of these, try disabling it or whitelisting We3.
