Tribes
The magic of 3.
Have you ever bumped into an acquaintance and felt a sudden dread after the usual exchange of pleasantries? You’re not alone.
It’s easy for awkward silences to take over when two people that don’t know much about each other engage in small talk. You might actually be extremely compatible and have lots of stuff to talk about, but a one-to-one exchange can make it seem like you have nothing in common.
Three is the perfect number when it comes to getting to know someone because the conversation is much more likely to flow. You can relax and be yourself because the pressure to avoid awkward silences and the expectation to constantly contribute to the conversation all but vanish.
If you expect to be super busy and don’t want to be added to new Tribes, it’s as simple as changing your status to Invisible.
If you are unhappy with one of your Tribes, you are free to leave it. And if someone seems to be violating our terms, you can easily report them.
